Hello, I am Rankin, a Technician and Consultant located in Bentleigh in VIC 3204. I have close to 25 years of experience in the computer repair and technology world. I now do full time work on only specific repairs out of my private Home Office which is why you can get such low pricing and very personalized services.

My network of professional’s creative talents will give you what you need as we are up to date with most modern technologies but this does not mean in any way that our prices are high, as a matter of fact, we will rival any “Company” who provides the same quality services as we do!

PLEASE NOTE that the services you are seeing on this site are for work performed from my Home Office, if your item should need to be taken to the store then you would need to pay the store pricing which obviously will cost more. Since in this business “trust” is a key issue, I can easily provide great business and character references from other Professionals in the Industry who can be contacted by either phone or email and who will vouch for my honesty, reliability and professionalism.

Payment and Warranty info!

Everything I do comes with warranty, whether you mail your item to me or require any of my services in person, if you should so desire so you can have security for your item or for any of my services by making payment with credit card via PayPal, I have an account in good standing with them and of course you will have BOTH your credit card and PayPal’s buyer protection so you can feel confident to mail your items to me so you will have protection for any of the services I provide. You also have the option to make payment by bank transfer or Cash, whatever will be most comfortable for you.

I do NOT abandon the customer and you will never have a hard time finding me, I will ALWAYS be there when you need me. My phone support hours are officially usually Mon-Fri 7am to 10pm but the customer can still try to reach me by phone at any time 7 days a week, if I am not available by phone after official working hours then I can still be reached by email and I will always respond to emails within 24 hours.
